At the 2025 Sino-European Robotic Thoracic Surgery Forum in Shanghai, Surgerii Robotics took center stage with its SHURUI® single-port surgical system, drawing strong attention from experts across China and Europe.
Engineered with proprietary snake-arm technology and a flat multi-channel trocar, the SHURUI® system enables flexible, high-precision thoracic procedures—including complex lobectomy and sleeve resection—through a single 3–4 cm intercostal incision. The system addresses long-standing challenges in uniportal thoracic surgery by offering greater instrument maneuverability and a clearer operating field.
Surgeons from both Europe and China praised the SHURUI® system for its innovative design and clinical versatility, underscoring its potential to expand access to ultra-minimally invasive care. Already adopted across urology, gynecology, general surgery, and ENT, the platform continues to push the boundaries of robotic surgery.
Surgerii Robotics is committed to advancing global thoracic surgery through innovation, clinical collaboration, and expanded adoption of homegrown high-performance platforms.
The Single-port Endoscopic Surgical System (SR-ENS-600), developed and produced by Beijing Surgerii Robotics Company Limited, has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in China for urology and gynecology laparoscopic surgeries. Surgeons who wish to learn the surgical operations of the SHURUI robot should contact Beijing Surgerii Robotics Co., Ltd. to participate in the official training program. Patients who want to participate in the registered clinical trials of the SHURUI robot should contact the official cooperative hospitals of Surgerii and consult with surgeons to determine their suitability for surgery with the SHURUI robot. Both surgeons and patients should carefully understand all information regarding the performance of surgeries by the SHURUI robot and its potential risks.
